Terms

NOVOLIG is licensed, not sold. A licence key entitles you to run the application at the plan the key carries, activated on the machines that key permits. Re-activating a machine that is already activated does not consume another seat.

Your plan determines which modules you may enable. Entitlements are checked by the database rather than by the interface, so a module outside your plan cannot be reached by any route. Moving between plans applies everywhere at once and does not delete anything you have recorded.

Products, inventory, customers, suppliers, quotations, sales orders and purchasing are built. Warehouse zones and analytics are entitled on Pro and still in development; their pages say so in the application. Payments, WhatsApp delivery and an assistant are registered in the module catalogue and are not available. Nothing on this site should be read as a commitment to a delivery date.

The records you create in NOVOLIG are yours. A revoked or expired licence stops the application from opening; it is not a claim over what you have recorded.

Do not attempt to circumvent licensing or entitlement checks, redistribute the application, or use it to store material you have no right to store.

Billing cycles, renewal, refunds, suspension, termination, warranties, limitation of liability and governing law have not yet been drafted. These will be set out in full, with legal review, before NOVOLIG is generally available. Until then no commercial terms should be inferred from this page.

How changes are notified and when they take effect will be defined alongside the sections above.
