Privacy

NOVOLIG stores the records you create in it: your business profile, your catalogue, your stock movements, the customers and suppliers you enter, and the quotations, sales orders and purchase orders you raise. These are your business records. They are held so the same workspace opens on every machine you have activated.

Activating a licence records that a particular key was activated on a particular device. Two details are worth stating precisely, because they are unusual:

• The licence key itself is never stored. Only a hash of it is kept, alongside the final group of characters so support can identify which key you are asking about.
• The device identifier is an opaque random value generated by the application. It is not derived from your hardware and is not personal data.

The application does not include analytics, behavioural tracking, session recording or advertising instrumentation. This website sets no cookies of its own and embeds no third-party trackers.

Workspace records are held in a managed PostgreSQL database, reached only through server-side functions that check your activation and your plan entitlements before returning anything. The interface never queries tables directly.

Retention periods, deletion requests, data export, the legal basis for processing, sub-processors and international transfers have not yet been documented. This section will be completed with legal review before NOVOLIG is generally available. If you need specifics before then, ask and you will be told what is actually the case today.

NOVOLIG does not hold any security or privacy certification, and none is claimed. No statement of compliance with any particular framework should be inferred from this page.
